Personal Information Protection Policy

Altia Central Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that protecting personal information handled in the ALT business, which is our main business, is an important responsibility. We have established this policy to ensure that all employees are thoroughly informed and that the policy is implemented effectively.

1. Purpose of the Personal Information Protection Policy To protect personal information, we have formulated a “Personal Information Protection Manual,” which will be thoroughly communicated to all employees. We will implement, maintain, and improve this manual to ensure the safety and reliability of personal information.

2. Handling of Personal Information The Company has established a management system for the protection of personal information in accordance with the actual business situation and conditions of its ALT business and handles personal information appropriately and carefully in accordance with internal regulations.

   1. Acquisition of Personal Information When acquiring personal information, we will clearly define and notify the individual of the purpose of use and use lawful and fair means within the necessary scope to achieve that purpose.
   2. Use of Personal Information The use of personal information will be conducted within the scope of the purpose of use agreed upon by the individual. Additionally, measures will be taken to prevent the use of personal information for purposes other than those intended.

3. Restrictions on Provision to Third Parties The Company will not provide personal information handled by the Company to third parties, except in the following cases:
   • With the consent of the individual
   • When required by law
   • When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual

4. Implementation of Safety Measures To protect the accuracy and safety of personal information, the Company will implement safety measures, including information security measures, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. In addition, we will establish a system to preserve evidence and investigate causes in case of an incident, and we will take swift and appropriate action to prevent recurrence and correct the situation if an incident occurs.

5. Personal Information Protection Contact To respond to questions regarding the protection of personal information, the Company has appointed a “Personal Information Protection Manager.”

6. Continuous Improvement of the Personal Information Protection Manual The Company will strive to continuously improve the “Personal Information Protection Manual” through regular internal audits and reviews by representatives.

7. Publication of the Personal Information Protection Policy This Personal Information Protection Policy will be made publicly available on the Company’s website (https://www.altiacentral.co.jp/) as well as on our recruiting website (https://recruiting.altmoot.com/) to both internal and external parties.
