Overseas Applications now accepted for April 2027 and Beyond

We are still accepting overseas applications for mid-year positions opening this winter; however, we have begun shifting out focus to prepare for the new school year from this April 2027 and beyond.

• Due to COE issuance and visa processing timelines, it is unlikely we could consider recently approved applicants for immediate openings. However,depending on availability, we will work with those that want to try to arrive sooner than April 2027.

We continue to seek engaging, enthusiastic, flexible, and culturally sensitive applicants who are motivated to make a positive difference in Japanese public schools. Whether you are looking to return to Japan or teach here for the first time with a reputable company such as ALTIA CENTRAL, we encourage you to apply.

Please note that any mid-year positions that open unexpectedly will require additional flexibility regarding preferences, timing, and placement. If you apply now, we can also keep your application on file for future openings, including the April 2027 school year.
